Be One With Me

Walking a spiritual path brings meaning and depth to life. It offers purpose, clarity, and a sense of belonging for those who choose to embark on it. Yet, this journey is not meant to be walked alone. Together, we are one—interwoven by the unseen threads of energy, experience, and love. I invite you to Be One With Me, to share in this path of awareness, healing, and connection.

Life often unfolds in unexpected ways, reshaping our best-laid plans. Yet, within every moment, within every breath, we are given a choice—to resist or to embrace, to hold on or to let go. With each inhale, welcome in the fullness of life: the joys, the challenges, the mysteries. Let it all swirl within you, and then, with each exhale, release what no longer serves you. Transform it into something lighter, something healing—like a gentle wave of peace flowing from you into the world.

Breath by breath, we have the power to create ripples of positivity. Our mindful presence doesn’t just bring peace to ourselves—it radiates outward, touching those around us. By choosing to breathe with awareness, we become architects of change, sculpting a world that reflects the stillness and wisdom we cultivate within.

As Michael Jackson once said, “If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make that change.” And as James Baldwin wisely noted, “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” Transformation begins within. There is bliss inside you, waiting to be uncovered. But to find it, one must embrace stillness, surrender to the present, and trust in the process. It is all in the trying.

To walk a spiritual path is to commit to authenticity—to be no better and no worse than anyone else, but simply to be real. It is to live openly, embracing both our humanity and our divinity, knowing that this balance leads to a richer, more fulfilling existence. True happiness is not about seeking something external but about recognizing the abundance that already exists within and around us. With gratitude as our guide and acceptance as our foundation, we grow—not out of dissatisfaction, but out of love for the endless potential that lies ahead.

So, let’s agree to walk this path together, to embrace both the known and the unknown. Let’s agree to disagree when needed, knowing that even in our differences, we are still one. And in that oneness, we find our greatest strength.

THE EIGHTFOLD NOBLE PATH

Today is a great day to work on myself and share with others. If I want to keep growing spiritually I have to be open to all views, values, and principles.

yinyang

Yin and yang can be thought of as complementary (rather than opposing) forces that interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the assembled parts. Everything has both yin and yang aspects, (for instance shadow cannot exist without light). Either of the two major aspects may manifest more strongly in a particular object, depending on the criterion of the observation. The yin yang shows a balance between two opposites with a little bit in each.

At the core of life, there are only two things we really control: our thoughts and our actions. These two elements are like life’s steering wheel and gas pedal, giving us the power to direct our journey. When we truly get this, we see that thoughts shape our daily actions, and our actions ultimately define who we are. If we want to create a life filled with joy and meaningful connections, it all begins with tuning into our thoughts and choosing actions that align with the person we wish to become.

Imagine each thought as a spark—some light up our dreams, others inspire kindness or curiosity. Those sparks set our actions into motion, and every small step we take sends out ripples, creating waves that move us closer to the life we envision. Every action, whether big or small, is like a signature, telling the world who we are. By choosing thoughts that serve our happiness and taking actions that reflect our true intentions, we build our own unique path forward, one ripple at a time.

It’s a journey, not a race, so there’s no need for perfection—just steady progress. Some days, our thoughts might feel uplifting and aligned, and on other days, not so much, but that’s part of the process. The beauty lies in the effort. By focusing on thoughts and actions that are true to us, we create a life that feels right and joyful from the inside out. We’re not just seeking happiness; we’re crafting it through each choice, letting every day bring us closer to our truest self.

BE THE BEST YOU CAN
BE ONE WITH ME

Shine Bright, Just by Being You
Show up as the best version of yourself every day. Let your actions speak volumes—no grand gestures required! You’re already inspiring just by being genuine.

Savor the Present Moment
Take a look around and really appreciate the people, things, and moments in your life right now. The secret to happiness? Loving what you’ve got before it’s gone.

Map Out Your Journey
Figure out what you truly need, what you’d love to have, and the kind of person you want to grow into. It’s like making your own treasure map—but the “X” leads to your best self.

Separate “Wants” from “Needs”
Think of wants as those “it’d be nice” things and needs as the essentials. Knowing the difference helps you prioritize—and makes those “wants” even sweeter when you do get them.

Set Realistic, Reachable Goals
Don’t aim for the moon just yet. Start with the stepping stones that make your goals feel achievable. Each small victory brings you closer.

Make Tiny Improvements Daily
Growth doesn’t happen in a day; it happens little by little. With each small step, you’re moving in the right direction. Think of it as adding tiny puzzle pieces to the bigger picture.

Keep an Open Mind—Always
Every single person, every single moment, has a lesson to offer. Stay curious! Some of the best insights come from the unexpected.

Lighten Your Load
If something’s weighing you down—a bad habit, a cluttered space, or maybe even an old mindset—let it go! Lighten up, and you’ll feel ready to take on the world.

Give It Your All, One Task at a Time
Whatever you’re doing, dive in wholeheartedly. Stay focused and present, and before you know it, you’ll be hitting your stride.

Take Stock and Adjust as Needed
Regularly pause to see if what you’re doing is actually working. Sometimes, a small tweak can make all the difference. You’re the captain of this ship—adjust the sails when you need to.

Keep Being a Role Model
Circle back to the beginning and remember why you’re on this path. When you live true to who you are, you naturally inspire others to do the same.

Remember, it’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up each day, doing your best, and finding joy in the journey!

MEDITATION

A very simple way of meditating is concentrating on your breath. The breath is like a bridge between your body and mind. When you concentrate on your breath for a while, your body becomes relaxed and your mind becomes peaceful.

Being of Spirit and Human

“Our spirit, and more importantly, our connection with God and the divine energy from which we originate, is what keeps our human side from getting out of control and wreaking havoc on our lives and the lives of those we interact with. This is not to say that being human and pursuing things that benefit our body and environment is inherently wrong. Quite the opposite—being human means we naturally have desires, and it’s not wrong to seek out things that bring us joy or go beyond mere survival. However, when we are in tune with our spirit and aligned with that spiritual energy, we are less likely to engage in actions that could lead us down a destructive path.”

Be One With Me:

A Holistic Path to Mind, Body, and Spirit Connection

Life is a journey of self-discovery, and at its core lies the interconnected balance of mind, body, and spirit. Throughout my years of exploration—traveling, teaching, and holding space for others—I have come to see that true well-being isn’t found in a single practice, diet, or philosophy. It emerges when we align ourselves with the natural rhythms of life, embracing personal growth, spiritual awareness, and mindful living.

I have spent decades walking this path, learning through experience, and witnessing transformation in myself and others. From hosting over 300 sweat lodges to traveling across the country offering meditation, Reiki, and sound healing, I have observed one profound truth: healing is not about fixing what is broken but about remembering our inherent wholeness. When we nurture our minds, honor our bodies, and open our spirits, we unlock a deeper, more fulfilling way of living.

The Mind: Awareness, Presence, and Transformation

The mind is both our greatest ally and our most formidable challenge. It shapes our perceptions, beliefs, and actions, influencing the reality we experience. Our thoughts create the lens through which we see the world, and yet, so often, we let our minds run on autopilot, caught in loops of worry, doubt, or limiting beliefs.

Meditation has been a cornerstone of my personal and spiritual practice, allowing me to quiet the noise of daily life and return to a state of deep presence. It is in the stillness that clarity arises, that answers unfold not from force, but from flow. Breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling have been invaluable tools for rewiring the mind—helping to release the old narratives of self-doubt and replace them with empowerment, purpose, and gratitude.

In my years of facilitating sweat lodges and energy healing, I have seen how people carry the weight of unresolved emotions and mental clutter. The simple act of focused breathing—being fully present with each inhale and exhale—can shift energy, clear space for clarity, and help the mind find its center. The journey toward mental well-being is not about suppressing thoughts but about learning to observe them without attachment, choosing which ones serve our highest good, and letting go of those that do not.

The Body: Nourishment, Movement, and Vitality

Our physical form is the vessel through which we experience life, and honoring it is an act of gratitude. The body carries us, sustains us, and serves as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. Yet, in our fast-paced world, we often disconnect from it—pushing through fatigue, ignoring signals of imbalance, and consuming foods that deplete rather than nourish.

For 24 years, I followed a vegetarian lifestyle, guided by an intuitive understanding of food’s impact on my energy and health. Over time, I transitioned to a mostly keto diet that includes meat, listening to what my body truly needed rather than adhering strictly to any one philosophy. Nutrition is deeply personal—what fuels one person may not serve another. The key is mindfulness: eating with awareness, choosing whole, nourishing foods, and understanding how they interact with our unique systems.

Beyond nutrition, movement is essential—not just for physical health, but for mental clarity and spiritual connection. Living in the Pacific Northwest and Utah, I have found joy in skiing, hiking, and golf—each offering a different form of connection to the earth and my body’s natural rhythm. But movement isn’t just about structured exercise; it’s about flow. Walking barefoot on the ground, stretching in the morning sun, dancing to the rhythm of a drum—these are all ways of aligning the body with the energy of life.

When we treat our bodies with reverence, we cultivate vitality. We begin to listen to its wisdom rather than forcing it into rigid expectations. Healing is not about punishment or restriction but about balance, about learning to move, eat, and live in a way that enhances rather than depletes.

The Spirit: Connection, Energy, and Sacred Space

Spirit is the thread that weaves everything together. It is the unseen force that guides us, the intuition that whispers in stillness, and the energy that binds us to the world around us. My journey has been one of seeking and sharing this connection, from facilitating over 300 sweat lodges to traveling across Arizona and the Oregon coast, offering Reiki and sound healing. These practices are not about fixing people but rather reminding them of their own inherent wholeness.

Holding space for others—whether in ceremony, conversation, or simple presence—is a sacred act. It is about creating an environment where people can let go, heal, and remember who they truly are. Spirit moves in the quiet moments, in the deep breaths, in the shared laughter around a fire. It is found in nature, in the wind that carries a message, in the water that cleanses, and in the sun that warms the skin.

One of the most profound lessons I have learned is that spirituality is not something we practice for a few minutes a day—it is how we live. It is in our interactions, our thoughts, our intentions. Every moment holds the potential for connection. Whether through meditation, breathwork, prayer, or simply pausing to appreciate the beauty around us, we deepen our spiritual awareness.

A Life in Alignment: Living with Intention and Purpose

To live a life in alignment with mind, body, and spirit is to walk in balance, knowing that each element informs the others. It is about listening deeply—whether to our own inner voice, to the lessons of the earth, or to the wisdom of those who have walked before us. It is about being adaptable, recognizing that growth requires change, and honoring the cycles of life.

For me, this journey has been about trusting the unknown. Selling my home, embracing a nomadic lifestyle, and dedicating myself to healing work was not always easy, but it was necessary. I have learned that home is not a place but a state of being. It is found in presence, in gratitude, in connection. True health is not just about what we eat, how we move, or what we think. It is about how we live, how we love, and how we show up for ourselves and the world.

Through Be One With Me, I aim to continue sharing this message, creating a space where others can find their own path to wholeness. The journey is not about perfection; it is about intention. It is about choosing to show up, to grow, to be present. When we live with awareness, honoring our bodies and staying open to spirit, we become vessels of healing—not just for ourselves, but for the collective.

This is the invitation: to live fully, to love deeply, and to remember that we are all connected. The path is here, waiting for each of us to walk it.

WHAT IS CENTER?

The center we’re talking about? Oh, that’s you! Yes, you! Right now, you’re the only you in this world—one-of-a-kind, unmistakably unique. Imagine yourself as the beating heart of this vast, expansive Universe, the one spot where everything else spins and swirls outward.

See, you are of the Universe, yet you’re experiencing it right here, right now, as a human being—a pretty amazing adventure if you think about it. Finding your center is a bit like finding your true place on this wild ride, realizing that from your perspective, everything stretches out in every direction, like rays from the sun.

When you fully embrace this human form, with all its quirks and wonders, you begin to see that you are a living, breathing focal point—a piece of the Universe as much as it’s a part of you. In this way, you are the center, a vital, radiant part of this cosmic dance. So go on, step into that center, and let the Universe spin out from you in all its brilliant directions.
