QUESTIONS

“Questions to ask yourself.”

“Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple.”

The following questions are to have an inner dialog with yourself and find things that you can and or need to do to become whole. Some are easy to answer others will be harder or even uncomfortable. You are the judge of your own life and you are probably your own worst critic. Be kind to yourself these are meant to help not make you feel bad or lacking. Understanding that the destination is not the thing that brings you True Happiness it is the journey that will provide what you need. Every step brings you closer to having or being what you want. Answering the questions is only a step in the direction of the destination. You may ask, “What is the destination?”. That is different for each person, yet the same at a core level, as we are one as individuals in a common desire for being the best we can be. Make time to go through the questions take your time answering them, reflecting on what they mean to you, where you are at , where you have been, and where you are going or are doing to make things the way they should be. Care should be taken to reflect only on yourself, and keep the focus on yourself. When we look at others for reasons that we are not or cannot be a certain way we are diluting our ability to make changes we need to make to be the best we can be, thereby benefiting everyone.
