Connecting With Everything
Find a comfortable position, whether seated or lying down. Close your eyes gently, or soften your gaze. Let go of any distractions, and allow yourself to fully arrive in this present moment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
Exhale slowly through your mouth, letting go of any tension with the breath.
Inhale deeply, fully…
And exhale, releasing any weight or worry.
With each breath, allow yourself to be present.
I am here. I am now.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath, without any need to change it—just observe.
Inhale…
Exhale…
Feel the life force moving through you, constantly renewing and refreshing.
Begin to deepen your breath, taking in a slow, full inhale…
And release with a long, calming exhale…
As you breathe, bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the weight of your body on the earth.
I am supported. I am grounded.
Notice if there are any areas of tension or discomfort.
Send your breath into these areas.
With each inhale, imagine the breath moving into these spaces—gently softening them, bringing healing energy.
With each exhale, release any tension, any strain.
I release what no longer serves me. I am free to heal.
Now, bring your focus to your heart center, to your chest.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath in this space.
I am open to love. I am open to healing.
Allow any emotions that arise to simply be—there is no need to judge or resist them.
Breathe into them with compassion.
I honor my feelings. I trust my body’s wisdom.
Let your breath guide you to a place of deep connection.
With each inhale, feel the connection to everything around you—your breath connects you to the Earth, to the trees, to the stars above.
I am one with the universe. I am connected to all.
Let this awareness fill you, filling your heart and mind with peace.
With each exhale, feel yourself letting go of fear, doubt, and disconnection.
I am at peace. I trust in the flow of life.
Now, as you continue breathing deeply and slowly, affirm to yourself:
I am enough. I am whole. I am exactly where I need to be.
With every inhale, feel your power expanding. With every exhale, feel yourself releasing into trust.
I am resilient. I am open to the flow of life’s blessings.
Take a few more deep breaths, and as you do, know that every breath is a reminder of your own sacredness.
Feel the life energy moving through you—alive, vital, and free.
You are healing. You are transforming.
I am whole. I am aligned with my higher self. I am the breath of life.
When you’re ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently stretch your body.
Open your eyes when you feel ready.
