Life is a series of New Beginnings one after another. We Start each new day, with new plans, hopes and things we need to do. The best thing that comes  from a new day is the possibilities of the New Beginnings to come.  When we look at the journey we are on and how it is not always in our ideal light and how we might change the way things are we need to be open to that change and the New Beginnings.

The Oneness We Seek

Looking for a way to be one with you, there’s no one thing that’s right to do. The things I learn I take to heart, and pass them on in all or part. The world is good if you choose, and people listen for I have news. There are ways to be one like we seek, and to those thing is what I speak. Love all others for who they are, no matter how near or how far. Listen to the things they teach, even though you have to reach. Understand they have their views, what you keep you have to choose. Remember things from the past, the teaching you let go too fast. From all people we can learn, and bring the oneness for that we yearn. Look inside yourself with all your might, and know that you’re  not always right. Accept all the views under the sun, for what they are and we will be one.

“I believe deeply that we must find, all of us together, a new spirituality.”    Dalai Lama

Today is a new day and I hope you all find things that make you all more of the person you want to be and ways to get the things you want in your lives.

If there is anything I can do or you need help contact me. I am here for you and we are all one.

Love thy neighbor, as thyself

“Love is a state of Being. It’s a forgiving, nurturing, and supportive way of relating to the world. Love isn’t intellectual and doesn’t proceed from the mind. Love emanates from the heart. It has the capacity to lift others and accomplish great feats because of its purity of motive.” David Hawkins,MD

GOOD STUFF

There is bliss inside of you. One must try to be quiet to find this bliss.

It is all in the trying

If we agree to disagree, at least we agreed on that…

“Believes that everything happens for a reason., so don’t have regrets… coz without the bad things, you wouldn’t be the strong person you are today” N.P.L

Always be a first-rate version of yourself instead of a second-rate version of someone else. Judy Garland

The recovery of our inner spirit is in the process not in the outcome and is all about what we are doing in this moment.

Nothing ever goes away, until it has taught us what we need to know.

Empathy is part of my spiritual journey and the oneness found has eased my suffering.

Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.

Today is a great day to work on myself and share with others. If I want to keep growing spiritually I have to be open to the views, values, and principles of all religions. Though there may be parts of different Religions I might not agree with, I need to ask myself if I understand what is being spoken by a particular person and if I need to be more open to the views of others religions. I need to remember religions though blamed for many acts of war and intolerance throughout history, have in fact done more good for the world than bad.

MEDITATION
SPIRITUALITY

Spirituality, in a narrow sense, concerns itself with matters of the spirit, a concept closely tied to religious belief and faith, a transcendent reality, or one or more deities. Spiritual matters are thus those matters regarding humankind’s ultimate nature and meaning, not only as material biological organisms, but as beings with a unique relationship to that which is perceived to be beyond the bodily senses, time and the material world. GRATITUDE

THE MIDDLE WAY

“Ignorant people see life as either existence or non-existence, but wise men see it beyond both existence and non-existence to something that transcends them both; this is an observation of the Middle Way.”    Seneca –

Yin and yang can be thought of as complementary (rather than opposing) forces that interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the assembled parts. Everything has both yin and yang aspects, (for instance shadow cannot exist without light). Either of the two major aspects may manifest more strongly in a particular object, depending on the criterion of the observation. The yin yang shows a balance between two opposites with a little bit in each.
